Sean was born in 1968 and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1990 & Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1996.
In 1997, Sean was licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana & the United States District Court for both the Northern & Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association.
